Dead pixels on the screen after camera replacement

After replacing the camera form the pixel 3a (thank you for the wonderfull instructions)i have a dead area on the screen, i can hardly use the keyboard. Could this been caused by the repair operation or could this be water damage?

Hi Sjoukje,

Can you describe the dead area slightly? Does it look like a blob? Does it look like a sharp rectangle of dead pixels?
