MacBook Pro not turning on after leaving to charge

Hi all, my Macbook Pro Touchbard was left to charge overnight but has since not let me switch it back on. I’ve popped in a USB C voltage meter to the ports and it’s reporting about 5.x volts and 0.01a but not sure what’s going on and why it’s not going up.

I used to have this problem with my iPad. try replacing the charging port (the piece INSIDE the device) if you are 100% positive that the charger is perfectly fine

It's a Macbook Pro with 4x USB C ports, not a singular port.
