Are the screws for this system the same as the joy-con's?

I, like an idiot, googled “unscrew direction“ and google told me “clockwise“, took his advice and stripped two of my screws. I’m gonna drill the screws to remove them.

I have an unused joy-con, and the screws for it looks almost identical to the ones for the 2ds xl. Are they?

Plus I need to buy very small screw extractors, but not sure which size I should buy. How big is the 2ds xl’s screws?
