My Hisense TV broke mysteriously help

On March 2019 our 55 inch tv died! The 1/4 part of the screen (left) looks like someone threw a small marble and killed the screen, it doesnt even have any cracks on the outside but the inside looks really had a gunshot :,(

Were devastated because we only used it for 2 months!

We covered it and let rest for months then in November 2019 we tried to open it, God it went back again! Were so elated and somewhat still sad because the 1/4 of the screen is still broken, and the rest is completely fine!!

Then 6 hours of use……..the tv died again went back how broken it is, and were back dying inside

Please help is there anything we could do? Since it went back again but died again so its seems possible to give it a second life!

Helping would be soooo great and i will pray for you to have a wonderful life! Am not kidding

Edit :

I have had the same problem. The screen of my Hisense Tv cracked mysteriously, after just 4 months. I m livid that Hisense does not want to take responsibility and has accused me of the damage. Has anyone else out there with the same problem?

Yes, my 55P6 was working fine (watched a movie on it the night before). The next morning the screen had horizontal and vertical lines. I was the only one home so iI know no one or nothing had touched the TV. Still under warranty but Hisense claimed that it had been damaged by some force and would not stand by their warranty.

xFlPr0z  this sounds like you are talking about a bad LCD screen. We would need to see what you see, to make that determination. Yes, it can be cracked on the inside without the outside screen having a crack. Screens cannot be repaired, only replaced. When you say it dies again let us know what you mean exactly. Things like not turning on should not be related to a bad screen. Having sound and a black screen is possible. So, the more details you can provide the better your chances of getting a valid answer. xFlPr0z that is a broken LCD screen. You will have to either try to source a replacement or you can try and sell the boards from it to recover some of the cost of replacing the TV. Remove the back cover and you should find a label that will tell you what make and model your panel is. Do an online search and see if you can find a replacement.

But that time we had 6 hours on using the tv before it went back dead again, so, theres really no chance now? Like just doing something with the inside the tv to make the right part work and leave the left part dead? I was hoping its still possible.

take a look at the bottom right hand side of your picture. That is what a fracture LCD matric looks like. All the LCD's are pretty much destroyed. This has a cascading effect and cause all the lines. I wish thre would be a way for you to fix it but it is not possible. You will have to replace the LCD screen to enjoy your TV. That in itself will be difficult since the LCD screen are not easily sourced.

@oldturkey03 is 100% right here. I repair TVs for a living.

Panel failures or damage is pretty much game over for the TV.

Sorry for the bad news

Shiba had a similar issue with blobs on her screen. Both issues sound like a bad or cracked LCD screen. It can't be repaired, but it can be replaced. If your device is under warranty, you can try contacting the manufacturer for help.
