It keeps ejecting my disc one i put it in, like when i insert it, it keeps spitting it out. I tried cleaning the rollers but still the same.

Looks like a gearing problem. Check the top drive cover and see if the gearing moves normally. Also check the rollers to see if they are pushing down / locking in with disc.
With the drive removed you can use the manual ejection (a.k.a injection too) with a phillips screw driver to see how the disc goes in and out.

It looks like the magnet doesn’t spin all the way. Im suspecting the white piece that makes the rollers go down is not going all the way to make the magnet go down. I don’t know how to fix that

There is a small spring that applies pressure for the magnet to go down. Sometimes the spring gets locked on the plastic instead on the metal chassis.

When the spring is on the wrong spot the u shaped part an get stuck on the white plastic instead.
The rollers shouldn't be touching the disc when the disc is locked in.

Its the white piece on the left side of the disc drive the one thats not making the magnet not go down.
