Dropped & Touch screen destroyed. How can I know what I need?

Hey, Apparently this is gonna be the first Sensation related question. unfortunately, it's not gonna be pretty!!

So i dropped my HTC Sensation and it fell right on the screen and now the screen is destroyed!!! the damage is directing from the lower left corner (impossible to see anything there) to the rest of the phone crossing to the right upper corner,,,

The screen STILL works, Touch is still functional and colors are correct (for the ,relatively, intact parts of the screen)

So, what exactly do i need?

Do i need a whole new LCD screen? or just a Digitizer?

Providing a link to buy the trusted needed parts would be just so nice and kind of you. (i'm total noob when i comes to hardware)
