Hi,
It may be that the LEDs themselves might be failing or have a faulty connection to the strip.
Try the following to see if they are the cause of the dark spots.
Turn off the TV if on and then disconnect the power from the TV.
Remove the back cover from the TV and then disconnect the cable that is between the power board and the mainboard.
Reconnect the power to the TV.
The LED backlights should turn on full and stay on and they should all be of the same intensity. There will be no picture because the mainboard is disconnected.
If they’re not all the same brightness the LED strips(s) might need to be replaced. Replacing individual LEDs is more difficult as you have to get LEDs with the same specifications etc. otherwise there may be a noticeable difference which you may already have anyway.
Search online for Samsung un58j5190 LED strips to find suppliers that suit you.
There are videos on YouTube that show how to change the LED strips in TVs.

OK.
What has happened is that some diffusers have come loose.
The diffusers spread the light from the LEDs to give an even glow.
You can see the bright spots in the first image where the diffusers have moved and the pin points are the LEDs themselves.
Here's a video that may help. At 32:18 into the video, you can see the plastic diffusers (little cone like cups) on the LEDs on the strip.
The loose ones need to be glued back into position
