Philips 55PUS7101/12 strange colors after T-Con Board replacement

Dear all,

my Philips 55PUS7101/12 stopped suddenly showing anything on the screen (sound and ambilight was still working). After opening the TV I saw the plastic cover of the T-Con board showed two parts burned - a chip and a resistor (or something like this).

I ordered a new (used) T-Con board and now the TV shows these strange colors.

Did anyone experience this before? Is the second T-Con board also broken? Did I wrongly connect the flat cables? Is anything else broken? Is there a need to calibrate the TV?

I tested also the internal video source and disabled any picture “enhancing” features.
