TX55AX902B resetting home screen every 31 secs & r/c buttons weird

Hi, this awesome tv just started acting weird

it started by returning to the home screen menu every 31 seconds approximately. I also noticed that some of the remote functions and buttons did not work, such as source and volume control but I could cycle through other options and press ok.

i initially unplugged for 20 minutes while I cleaned all the back and hoovered the dust out, afterwards it worked 100%

it then did it again 4 days later, so I unplugged for an hour or so and it worked 100% again, now that truck doesn’t seem to work but obviously there must be an issue somewhere that needs resolving

i love this tv and like the 4K 3D so I really want to save it
