my zipper is broken and I personally cant fix it

Sounds like you need to find a taylor or seamstress who has the skills to fix your zipper or replace it.

I have tried a seamstress to fix it and they cannot.

First I would review this video to determine what might be wrong if you haven’t determined this already.

After that can reach out to Patagonia's Customer Service Dept 1-800-638-6464 ask them to ship you what you need.

I have a 3 in 1 jacket, the zipper for the inner jacket broke off, it's broken son cannot be used again. Could you replace it? The jacket is about 5 or 6 years old
