Ipad boots and shuts down, takes long to charge
My ipad takes a while to turn on after charging for 10-15mins and then sometimes it turns on and it just freezes and shuts down again

iPad Series need 18W Apple charger or up. If you are using the original charger and cable (or certified accessories), it can be a battery problem. If you have a last version of iOS you can see the battery life on your settings.
