Doesn't turn on. Battery already replaced

Phone was working perfectly fine till it suddenly didn’t charge while plugged in. It would indicate that it was charging but the percentage only went down slower till it ultimately died. Ordered a new battery from here and followed the steps, but it’s still completely unresponsive whether it’s plugged in or not.
