Touchbar not turning on, locking up, and restarts.

Hello everyone this is my first time on the forums, and I’m in need of desperate help for my older sister. So my sister has a MacBook Pro 2019 13” with a Touch Bar. She dropped her MacBook from her bed, and that was her first time ever dropping it, and now it’s been acting strange. The MacBook locks up, and restarts within 5 minutes when in the login screen, or Home Screen just doing nothing. The touchbar also doesn’t show up like no icons pop up, but for some reason when the MacBook boots up there’s a faint of light that pops up for a sec, and shuts off so that tells me that the touchbar is still functional.

Those were the issues, I tried PRAM, and NVRAM Reset, and I made sure to hold down the keys correctly when turning it on, but none of those did the trick. My sister went to find an expert, and not go to apple because they are expensive. So she did find an expert, but he says that there is nothing wrong with the computer, and said to even run a diagnostic test. But I’m for sure it is, and it’s an hardware issue not a software issue as he states.

im sorry everyone I just need answers because the guy that my sister went to is telling her to buy a whole new logic board, and she can’t afford that rn. But could it be that she has to replace the whole motherboard what could really be the damage here?

ive tried researching this many times, but found no forums, or help that was related my question, so I had to ask help here knowing there are a lot of experts here.
