Hello, for media files it’s very easy if you have Windows 10 installed in your PC, just click on this link and follow the steps, for Whatsapp however it’s a little bit tricky, I’ll suggest that you choose any method that suits you the most but I think the fourth one is the best, in this webpage you’ll find detailed instructions.

@vertinhol When I have performed the procedure I see the chats but not the names and when I go to install the new version everything is deleted.

As I know, we can use phone transfer software to help us transfer data from iPhone to Xiaomi directly from the computer via USB cable. Data including contact, text messages, books(pdf&epub),music, videos, photos can be transferred. But data like apps data, etc can not be transferred.
