Keyboard replacement on Lenevo n21

I replaced the keyboard by taking the screws out in back, so when I had the keyboard replaced, i plugged it in, then after charging, I attempted to start the chromebook, I have no results to get the machine powered up. I have taken it back apart and reseated the 2 cords, still nothing, anywhere I can look to try to get the machine up and running?

Hi,

I don’t know the answer but did you disconnect the battery cable before removing the touchpad and keyboard cables and removing the keyboard?

According to the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop, this is a pre-requisite step for the keyboard removal procedure. See Note on p.29

You may have to check if there are any other loose connections or hopefully not, component damage because you may have been working on a “live” motherboard.
