possible just to recalibrate this sensor

I’ve just had HP replace my faulty touchscreen and was delighted until I discovered the gyro is now incorrectly calibrated, so unless the laptop is at a ridiculous angle, the keyboard and touchpad disable.

Really annoying.

Surely it’s possible just to recalibrate this sensor by laying the laptop on level surface and telling the laptop this is level? (not upside down)
