Why is my tape being eaten after only a few seconds?
After beginning to play the tape it gets pulled out and stuck. Then the VCR will turn off completely.

@sunnid76 most common cause for a VCR eating the tapes is a dirty/worn idler wheel. We would need to know your VCR’s exact make and model to try to help you further with this. Check VCR eats the tape. for more
