Why is my disc coming out on it's own?

My ps4 disc is coming out on it's own while I'm playing n I don't know how to fix the problem

Hi! Could be multiple things. Perhaps the sensor is dirty or faulty. Try to clean it first, otherwise try to replace it and see if it works!
