Windows 10 Reset incomplete HP pavilion

How can I factory reset

my hp pavilion x360 15-cr0052od 4CD97UA so I tried to factory reset. Now it will come on and show HP . when the reset finished it keeps saying …Reset incomplete….PLEASE HELP

One method for fixing the Windows 10 reset incomplete error on your HP Pavilion x360 15-cr0052od 4CD97UA is to try resetting your computer from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). To do this:

  1. Hold down the Shift key while you click Restart on the sign-in screen. Your computer will restart into the WinRE.
  2. Click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Reset this PC.
  3. You will have two options:
    • Keep my files: This option will reset your Windows settings and remove all installed apps, but it will keep your personal files.
    • Remove everything: This option will completely reset your computer and erase all of your personal files.
  4. Choose the option that you want and then click Next.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to reset your computer.

Once the reset is complete, your computer will restart into Windows 1
