Hi, my 04 RX330 only blows air from the front vent. So it seems as though the heat and cold air are working as it is supposed to but when I try to switch the direction of the air flow it doesn’t switch. There is no AC/Heat by the feet or defrost. I’m in desperate need of the defroster working. Please Help and thank you in advance.

It sounds as though there is a problem with the actuator that controls the direction of the airflow.
Here is the 2006 Lexus RX330 Service Repair Manual that should help you to find the problem (it should be the same for a 2004 model)
Scroll down and click on the Air Conditioning link.
Once you have the file open go to p.AC-12 to see how to test the actuator. Depending on the results go to p.AC-14 to see where it shows to check for the most probable cause of the problem. It points to other pages in the same file.
