Microsoft Lumia 650 won't turn on but vibrates

hello

I have this Microsoft Lumia 650 that I got today.

when I try to turn it on when it's plugged in, nothing happens it just vibrates every time I press the power button and that's it.

I was thinking if that's a because of a bad battery, but I don't really know what to do with it.

any ideas?

Options

Kapy where did you get it from today and what is the history. This could be a bad screen. It vibrates because it does not display anything (broken display). It could also be that a hard reset will resolve that. Try to Google hard reset Lumia 650 and follow those directions. Let us know what you find out.

thank you so much for your answer. it turned out that it was the battery's fault and it wasn't connected properly so I had to put a piece of cardboard behind it to make it actually working
