Wifi not working running iOS 3.0

I swap logic boards with a working 3G device with ios 3.0 the wifi came on then it went off and wouldn't connect again, so I swapped the logic board back and the wifi is working fine.

So does anyone have any idea's I'm the thinking logic board is damage since its isolated to that board
