How to fix my fan solder point

my ps4 fan connector was bad so my dad cut it off and also removed the connector on the board then soldered the fan wires to it. we tried it without the case and after turning it on it was okay for a few minutes until there was a spark and then some smoke from where the fan was soldered and we immediately turned it off. upon inspection we realized that one of the solder points were burnt off and apparently it was the gnd point, is there any way to fix this, like by soldering the gnd wire to another part of the board that has gnd?
