Why do I have no spark?

I have changed wires plugs rotor cap pick-up coil ignition module and ignition coil and pcm. Still I have no spark. All fuses good. No cam shaft or crankshaft sensor on my truck. Have power to ignition coil and from there to ignition module. Still no spark. Have no idea what to do next. Please help me
