My PS3 Fat shut down without video output

When I turn on my ps3, it takes a few seconds before it shut down by itself. Before it does I can hear 3 beeps and then a yellow light, to then go red and keep blinking until I unplug it. It does not give any video output. When I used it last year it was working fine but now that happens. What should I do?
