Replacing 3.5mm jack for Xbox Mic

Hello,

My 3.5mm (TRRS) jack bent for my xbox mic headset and so I want to replace it seeing as there’s lots of videos online about this. I’ve ordered the replacements and soldering kit.

I opened the cable and found three wires as opposed to the four that I’ve seen in all the tutorials. Bit confused as how to go about it and thought it’s worth asking before I go ahead.

There’s a thick, white one (mic I presume), a blue and green (80% sure as colour blind RIP) . Thought it’s worth mentioning that the cable does split out earlier into a jack and USB (as in the pic)

Any help would be appreciated!
