I recently got an Apple Watch Series 4 44mm GPS+Cellular on eBay used. I noticed that the diagnostic port cover is missing and was wondering if the water resistance is affected by this. Can my watch get damaged if water reaches that port?

Did you buy it this way (used) or did you have someone fix your watch and forget to put it back.

It came that way, I just bought it, took it out of the box it came in and while I was looking a it to see if it had any scratches or marks, I noticed that the cover was just missing. And yes, I bought it used.
