The welded or glued zipper tape to fabric seam has come undone on all three pockets (both hand pockets + chest pocket) of my beloved R2 (see attached pic). Can this be fixed and, if so, how?

Give this a try! Aleene's Fabric Fusion 4 fl oz, Permanent Fabric Adhesive Use a throw-away glue brush to spread evenly across the surfaces.

Thanks for the tip! Will this solution hold up over time... esp. in light of the fact the pockets get lots of use and stress/strain. Thanks again
@rpmooreii - I've had good success fixing a few things.
The trick is to get the edge so you don't have a loose edge which can be caught.
