You’ll need to go back to figure out what you messed up.

Did you forget to connection something? go back to the guide to review your connections Remplacement de la carte mère du MacBook Pro 13" Unibody mi-2012

What paste did you use? Could you have over done it? A common issue I find is too much paste was applied which oozes onto the carrier wetting the small SMD components on it which then messes up the Chip. After carefully cleaning up the visible excess, you need to carefully lift the black isolation plate to expose the rest of the leaked paste. Using a cotton swab with 90% or better isopropyl alcohol carefully clean up as much as you can around the fragile SMD devices. Sadly, you’ll still need more cleaning using a loadable sprayer like this one as you need to use the small snorkel tubes to concentrate the spray: True Power Rechargeable Sprayer loaded with the isopropyl alcohol so you can deep clean around and under the components without risking damaging things.
