Only powers on while plugged in BUT..

I have found multiple threads on only being able to power on or stay powered on while plugged in. But mine is a little different. Mine stays powered on while only plugged in as well, but when looking through system information and under power the battery shows it is charging and under battery condition it says “normal” so my laptop is catching that it is plugged in and charging it also shows that the battery is in good condition. Could this still be a battery issue needing to be replaced? maybe something just came loose? or something entirely different?
