Why won't my r4 card work on my dsi but my sister's r4 works on mine

So I updated my dsi usin WiFi and my r4 presented me with an error and I tried my sister's r4 on mine and it works and I tried my r4 on her ds and it works fine on her's

I need help

@logixal it told me to off the ds and follow instructions on the main unit
