Why is Mac MacBook Air's power button depressed? How can I fix it?

I just bought a MacBook Air M1 (1 week ago), it’s power button has gotten depressed, how can I fix it? The TouchID works fine.

Ouch! This is not good!

The power button is more than that it’s also the TouchID sensor. This is not a repairable part it will require replacing but as the ID keys are within the button you would also need to replace the logic board it is linked to.

Think of it this way you break the key in your door lock and it can’t be taken out, so would need a new lock with a new key!

So its time to visit an Apple Store and let them fix it under warranty!

the TouchID works fine, it's just that the power button is depressed. Should I get like a mini crowbar?

@rohangoel - Sure put a hammer to it - NOT!

Sorry its all one piece you can't do anything without breaking it! Its Apple time or just buy a new system.
