Same as older MacBook Air just before it.

Its basically the same as the 2019 13" MacBook Air which these guides offer for the newer models.

Why are you replacing the speakers on a brand new system?
If yours are having issues bring it into an Apple Store or authorized reseller to get it repaired under warranty.
If you are concerned you may want the AppleCare+ extended service contract.
