GBA Advance SP IPS screen replacement help

Hello!

So I bought 2 of the following screens to replace a gameboy advance and an advance sp screens: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mqky93B

The thing so far for me is that both the screens work when plugged into the adapter and then into the gba advance, but neither work when plugging into the SP which it doesn't need an adapter for.

I am just wondering if anyone might have any ideas as to why this might be happening and possibly some way I could resolve this issue. If any more information is needed please feel free to ask!
