Can I swap the firmware chip on an Xbox One with another?

I have an Xbox One that had a bad hard drive which resulted in a corrupted OS. I replaced the drive and properly partitioned the HD using this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xYQQicX... I’ve done this dozens of times, however when I put it in the Xbox and turn it on it resumes at 67% for the update then after it reaches 80% restarts and gives an E106 error. I find it really weird that it resumes back at 67%. That is why I’m thinking it is possibly something with the firmware. Is the firmware chip married to the board or can I swap it from a good working donor? Also if I can swap out the chip where is it located on the Xbox?
