PS3 not getting into safe mode

Hi

I had a jail broken ps3 slim console.

Suddenly it started showing “No signal” on TV whenever I try to use it with HDMI port.

I was able to get into safe mode by yesterday but when I tried to do a “Restore default settings”, it didnt work and now its not getting into the safe mode even. Its only showing “No signal” now… no matter what I try.

Can anyone please help me in this?
