Why is my Xbox automatically scrolling right?

My Xbox is automatically scrolling to the right on multiple interfaces. On the home screen when I move left or right, it goes multiple spaces. This is happening with the Analog Stick and the Directional Pad. This all started when my controller fell off the couch while I was doing something else. As far as I can tell, it fell face down. The back came off and one battery popped out if that helps, obviously I put the battery back in and put the back back on.

Nevermind, I figured it out. It landed on it’s top and jammed the RB. I fixed it by prying it back into place with a knife.
