System won't load on TV screen anymore

Hello,

Turned on PS3 after a couple years and everything worked fine. Decided to do a system update. During this process, I can’t get it to show on the tv screen anymore. System seems like it is turning on and PS3 controller lights up with flashing red lights for a min but won’t turn on again. TV screen also can’t pick up device anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
