Keyboard not working, it was read as USB Input Device

My keyboard was warkong fine, till the next day when I started up my laptop and plugged in my wired mechanical keyboard. the keyboard had rgb, it doesnt lit up, no buttons were working, and in the bluetoorh&other devices setting, it was not read as keyboard but as a USB input device

@jayeff Tecware spectre pro, I actually have asked for warranty, and my keyboard was changed and Its okay now
