Power brick is getting power but the console isn’t turning on

I have a original Xbox one that has had problems in the past, like the power brick breaking but it’s been replaced and is pretty new. The power brick is getting power but the console isn’t turning on and the last time I used it was at the end of June and it’s currently September 1st.
