Will sdd compatible with A1466 work for A1496 (MacBook Air 13")

I had 2 questions
i) Will sdd compatible with A1466 work for A1496 (Macbook Air 13") as well ?
ii) Also, the macbook was bought in Aug 2014 and had come with 128 GB SSD and 4GB RAM back then. I wish to replace its non working ssd with a 256 GB SSD . Will that work ?

@roshanpathak500 - Can you give us some clarity of what you mean for A1496 as Apple never offered a MacBook Air with that designation.

There were:

A1369 MacBook Air 13’’ Late 2010 and Mid 2011 - they use the same SSD format altough the 2011 is SATA3

A1466 MacBook Air 13’’ Mid 2012 - they used special SSDs that are compatible only with 2012 models

A1466 MacBook Air 13’’ Mid 2013, Early 2014, Early 2015 and 2017 use the same SSDs, with the 2015 and 2017 being faster, but they are interchangeable
