Blue light is flashing ,LCD reads PRIME, water not drawn from reservoi
Keurig B70 had been stored for over a year. Always used filtered water. Now when trying to start it up it makes its usual sound for around a minute, then blue light under reservoir starts flashing and LCD panel reads PRIME. Also, water is not being drawn from the reservoir. If it needs to be descaled how can I do this?

@goblamo, check the little metal screen which acts as a filter in the bottom of the reservoir. A long Philips screw driver is needed to remove it and clean it. See if that yields any results
