replace A2179 topcase JPN Keyboard w/ topcase A2179 w/ US Keyboard

Hi guys I needed help with my Macbook AirA2179 (Japan Keyboard) the right arrow keycap button has come off. And there are no replacement Topcases for. my model with a Japan Keyboard. I ve taken pictures of Macbook Air below (japan Variant) along with pictures of the new topcase (US Keyboard that i purchased online. Below are pictures of my macbook airA2179 and the same topcase with US Keyboard. Please let mew know if this is possible to swap out? Are there any other programs I need? Please advise.
