Getting a "Alert! TPM device is not detected" error with new battery

I just replaced my aging battery with one from ifixit a couple weeks ago and I started getting an error on startup. It is a Dell SupportAssist error with service tag G4MHZF2 and says “Alert! TPM device is not detected”. There are three options, continue, bios setup and diagnostics but none are clickable. A hard reboot does not fix the issue. Not sure what to do.

Thanks

What happens if you press down on the keyboard and press enter?

Thanks. I was able to get the three buttons to click through by tabbing and using the keyboard but none of the three options seems to fix the problem (continue, bios setup and diagnostics).

Continue sometimes will load the main windows desktop but promptly goes back to the error screen. Bios setup doesn’t fix the issue (even after going to last working settings) and diagnostic runs but doesn’t seem to find any errors.

I also tried to remove the new ifixit battery and plug it back in but that hasn’t seemed to help either.

Not sure what else to try.
