The headphone's led flashes with color once, and doesn't fully turn on

I got this new pair of cat ear headphones, and supposedly it has LEDs in it. It’s also Bluetooth. I’ve been using the wire for it for a bit and when I try to turn on the LEDs (user manual said how), it didn’t fully turn on. What it did do though, was flash color quickly and turn back off. The color is properly there when it does flash, like it isn’t any kind of solid color or anything. Please help!
