Help! Error code CE-35888-2 on model CUH-1215a.

Hi, I have a ps4 1215a model, I’ve received the error code while trying to update to system software.

Things I have done so far:

• I’ve purchased the proper disc drive on Ebay and have installed it into the Ps4
• Checked the ribbons for obvious damage

I am by no means a professional, therefore I could have missed something.
