Playstation not turning on, showing white light and beeping

My playstation has a blue light when turned on, which fades on and off for a few seconds before turning white. It won’t change after this point. Trying to use the controller does nothing. If I press the eject or on/off button, it beeps three times but does not perform the action of the button.

I have repeatedly unplugged and turned off both the TV and console. I have changed the HDMI port it is plugged into. I have exhausted most options from safe mode as a Youtube video suggested. Nothing is working. TIA
