I opened the case and got to the battery which a Youtube video identified as the problem. In my case,the battery (looks like a 2032, may not be but does look that way) seems to permanently attached to the motherboard. Any thoughts?

@mlb_fixit it may have been soldered to the board. If you can see it I am certain it can be replacement. May not be the easiest but still possible. Post some good pictures of what you are looking at with your QUESTION Ajout d'images à une question existante
