Please Help - Hacked Mac and Code to Prove It - Please Help

I've been dealing with my ex-business partner and I believe member of Anonymous for over 7 years. This guy has destroyed my business and pretty much life He is a mother &&^&^$^ hacker that is responsible for so much pain.

Anyway, I just wiped my computer and was trying to use terminal to update the OS from Catalina to Monterey. Please look at the code below, and see if it makes sense to you. Again, the computer was wiped like 15 min ago. The main thing I'm trying to point out with this example is it makes no sense the installer wouldn't update. The rest of the info below is just meant to show the state of the computer. However, if you really know your $@$* there is probably something in there that doesn't make sense.

Also, here is an image that shows me trying to update the system past Catalina. As you can see, Terminal can't find any update. There is for sure something &&^&@@ up in the code that is preventing me from updating the computer from the verified Apple Servers.

I could pull a bunch of other stuff I don't think makes sense, but a lot of it hasn't manifested itself yet because the install is so new. Once I download a new browser or install the Adobe Suite, is when all of the burried .exec files start to run.

I've been going through this with over 100K of Mac hardware that has all since been trashed out of frustration.

If you are interested, I can put the computer in Verbose mode and send the boot logs. I believe the malware is in the Boot ROM, thus making it &&^&^$^ impossible to remove when wiping the computer. What I really need is someone who knows how to rewrite the T2 chip and update the Boot Code. .

Anyway, I don't really know much but I've tried to solve this problem. It's destroyed my life.

Does anyone know how to find a computer forensics expert? I swear to god, I have spent hours looking. I don't know if the hack is preventing certain websites from access or what. Should it be a local person or can it be online?

This is beyond what we offer here. You need a computer forensics expert who can help you locally. Have you tried talking to Apple? They may at least offer you a lead on someone to help you.

One last point! Do you have the paperwork to prove you bought the gear? That would be very important! As you will need to also open up a legal case using what the forensics expert tells you (documents) then you can fight back!

I have tried talking to Apple, they have no &&^&^$^ clue. If you take any hacked machine into the "Genius Bar", they will just tell you they can wipe the thing, and that will take care of everything. I've tried getting in contact with forensic people over UpWork, but it never works out. They never seem to know as much as the profess. If anyone knows anyone that really knows their shiz, please let me know. This has been a disaster and it never ends.

@SEO Whistle Blowers - Where are you on this big blue marble? What is local to me could be on the other side of the world for you!

I'm surprised Apple wasn't helpful, I know of a few folks which I aimed to Apple and they where helpful. Maybe you just got lucky finding the most junior tech!

Hey SEO Whistle Blowers,

I'm very sorry for you and this is very unfortunate.

After having taken a good look it seems the guy may have DDU'd (That's the windows term idk what the mac one is) something through command line.

WIth regards to the Apple store not helping, myself based in Sydney, i have had a couple of such occasions. One that stands out to me is when my old series 4 broke because of software corruption. They were going to charge me as much as a new watch so i got a new one anyway. I was having issues with my new one literally yesterday, got that sorted, and i happened to end up with a support person yesterday night who helped me fix me series 4. Since then it has worked with minor hiccups (Some weird ghost touch thing every now and then) and i wouldn't have had to pay that money. It's always worth another shot at another apple store as, in my example, certain ones lack the skill to do repairs like this and (In my humble opinion) shouldn't really be an actual apple store.
