The heat bed of my ender 3 pro does not warm (count) up.

Can only print with heat bed at ambient temp.

I know it sounds silly but have you checked the connections to the printers board?

Now I have found that one of the cables connecting the buildplate have gone in the soldering. I most probably dismantle the buildplate and make the soldering.
